With heaps of exciting opportunities to grow and develop their 9000 employed colleagues and many more seasonal hires, we’re looking for a Learning & Development specialist with a strong passion and desire to build and embed their L&D brand and strategy.  Culturally, shifting from classroom based training to utilising new systems, tools and technology to engage and excite their people, encouraging self-development through accessible, modern, cutting edge blended learning solutions.

You’ll have demonstrated your success to date within a multi-site business of similar scale, ideally across an international landscape that may have included Europe, US and/or APAC.  The ability to build strong multiple stakeholder relationships across a complex matrix is critical, together with a seasoned capability in influencing this senior cohort to sponsor and drive organisational development and effectiveness.  This will certainly be a role for you to showcase your talents and contribution but it won’t be without it’s challenges – your tenacity and resilience will be needed to land this scalable change.   However, give your best and most authentic self, make magic your way, and we guarantee it will be a role that continues to surprise and delight you – you’ll certainly be having fun along the way!

The practical stuff – relocation is available for those who fancy a move to the South Coast, or you can work remotely and spend time at their lovely HQ pad with the team a couple of times a week.  It’s not about presenteeism here – you’ll be measured on your valued contribution and results.
