An Interim Reward Consultant is required by this leading Bristol based organisation for a period of 6 months. The fundamental requirement of the role is to deal with a project based around Executive Pay. You will be liaising closely with the Head of Reward and senior stakeholders within the business. There will also be other critical Reward based projects through the course of the 6 months.

You will have experience working within complex, large organisations and have significant experience dealing with reward for the senior leadership and management grade colleagues and creating/embedding reward policy in this area.
