HR Manager - Manchester - Upto £45,000 - Permanent

This business is on the up, and they are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Manager to support them on their way. With a predominantly white collar workforce, you will build and own relationships with managers across specific teams and will work as a sounding board, people expert and change enabler to help them lead their teams.

Reporting into the Head of HR, this is a generalist position with a good mix of business as usual and project based responsibilities which will support them in their growth plans. ER will certainly be part of this role, managing complex cases when they arise and coaching managers through them, however you will enjoy a variety of projects too including organisational design, review and redevelopment of performance and development processes, engagement surveys and above all will help drive a positive, collaborative and performance driven culture.

The ideal candidate for this role will have worked as a HR Generalist previously, and may be looking for a step up to HR Manager level, or looking to expand on their current remit in a supportive and commercial business. You will be more than comfortable with handling complex ER casework, and will have previous proven project management experience.
