A successful and expanding organisation are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join their existing team. To start ASAP.

Your new role
Hays are currently working with a large customer service based company in the Hull city centre to recruit Inbound Customer Service Advisors to expand their existing team. These roles will involve answering inbound customer queries in a quick and efficient way, ensuring that professionalism is adhered to at all times. Including responsibilities such as answering any type of customer enquiry, from providing information, booking appointments to dealing with customer complaints etc.

The company provides a two week intensive training, please note this is full time.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked in a customer service environment previously. Ideally within a call centre. You must be IT literate with outstanding communication skills.
