Employee Engagement Manager
South West London and St George’s is looking for an energetic and passionate person who has the skill and expertise to drive forward our employee engagement programme, and take it to the next level.
We’ve achieved a lot through our Engagement Programme, which has been shortlisted for national awards, and we are about to deliver a new programme which will further empower our staff to influence changes in the way we deliver our services and crucially to improve the quality of care we provide for our patients.
Our staff are our most important asset, and placing them at the centre of change means we can utilise their expertise and knowledge in delivering ever improving services. Retaining our high calibre staff is an absolute priority for the Trust, and this role is essential to improving staff experience of working with us.
Working alongside our Health & Wellbeing and Equality & Diversity leads, our Employee Engagement Manager will demonstrate our values in everything they do. They will have knowledge and experience of meaningful employee engagement in large and involving organisations, and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues from across the Trust.
This is a really exciting time for the Trust, as we begin our Estates Modernisation Programme, which will lead to state of the art accommodation and facilities for our patients and carers.
