An opportunity is currently available for an experienced recruitment professional to join an internal HR team based in Southampton as a Recruitment Co-Ordinator. With a significant period of change and transformation currently being undertaken, this is a fantastic time to be joining the team and supporting their busy workload and agenda of continuous improvement.
Key deliverables of the position will be the provision of administrative support to the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycles as well as working closely with managers and key internal stakeholders in scoping and clarifying requirements and advising on sourcing strategies and approaches. This creates a great opportunity to stretch the remit of the role and really contribute to an ever improving recruitment function within a genuinely unique and exciting organisation.
To be considered for this position you must have demonstrated experience within a recruitment and HR role or team and have a proven ability to build and manage strong professional relationships with diverse and often senior stakeholder groups. The ability to prioritise and deliver multiple tasks simultaneously and manage workloads in line with various HR and employment law processes and policies will also be critical.
