Customer Service Administration job available in Hull, East Yorkshire.

Your new company
Your new company are a well established, busy manufacturing industry who are expanding rapidly in the Hull area.

Your new role
You will be required to provide direct Administration support to Senior Management and act as an Assistant to the MD in regards to diary bookings, directing telephone calls and monitoring emails.
You will need to successfully build relationships over the telephone with clients and suppliers as well as taking and processing orders through the in house system. You will act as a first point of contact for incoming queries.

What you'll need to succeed

* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Previous data entry or order processing experience is ideal
* Excellent telephone manner
* Efficient and precise Administration skills
* Experience in a similar industry is ideal
