My client, an innovative London based charity is looking for a new HR Advisor to join their diverse team.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be the first point of contact for HR issues in the charity and provide support and advice for a range of HR and Employee Relations matters.
- Monitoring and updating HR policies and procedures, ensuring their compliance with relevant legislation and best practice
- Work with OD Business Partners supporting changes and transfers within the charity
- Aiding in the resolution of complex Employee Relations casework
This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor with strong experience in ER and the charity sector to support and drive excellent service in a large charity.
