HR System Support Analyst / Human Resources System Support Analyst

Salary:     £19,048 to £22,212 per annum, with pay award pending 

Hours:     36 ¼ hours per week in line with service requirements and the Work Life Balance Scheme

This role will have a key responsibility to support the implementation of the new HR & Payroll system, developing and maintaining workflows and data processes to ensure the People, Culture and Communications team, managers and colleagues are able to easily access relevant information on a ‘self –serve’ basis.   

If you are resourceful, confident in using IT systems and relish the thought of being involved in automating and  transforming processes to give optimum self service to colleagues and managers when they’d love to hear from you. 

They’re looking for candidates to have:  

  • Practical experience of using an HR System, along with administering HR & Learning processes and procedures
  • An ability to understand why data is connected to be able to  structure workflows and reports in a logical way to suit customer needs
  • An understanding of how HR  processes can be improved and how to achieve this.
