HR/ER Assistant - Solihull - c£22k + Excellent Benefits
Our client is a successful and busy organisation based near Solihull. Due to some internal changes they are looking to recruit an ER Advisor to their team. This role offers lots of potential to develop your HR skill set in a fast-paced, busy and dynamic organisation.

This is a really great opportunity to join an organisation truly committed to developing their staff. As well as providing fantastic experience within Employee Relations you will be working with a great HR team which will take your HR career to the next level.

Responsibilities will include
Providing advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Dealing with a varied ER Caseload by phone and email as well as face to face.
Supporting/coaching managers through the disciplinary process, including the leading of meetings.

To apply for the role you must -
Have good exposure to Generalist HR including Employee Relations.
Be prepared to take responsibility for ER Casework.
Be proactive in your approach to work

You will need to be articulate, confident and self-reliant.

Salary c£22,000 + Excellent benefits.
