Your new company
Hays HR are working with a public sector organisation in Sheffield who are looking to utilise and experienced Senior HR Advisor for a 4 month period.

Your new role
Your role will be to assist the organisation and senior management team through a period of change. You will assist with all restructuring advice, consultations, performance management, employee contracts and organisational development.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have adept conflict management and influencing skills, be a solution seeker acting as a true business partner to the organisation. You will need to be able to display strong change management skills, ideally within the public sector.

What you'll get in return
£35000 - £45000, dependant on your experience
