HR Project Implementation Manager
An innovative education organisation in Central London is looking for a new HR Project Implementation Manager to join them for four months initially.
Reporting to the Assistant Director and working with the HR Projects and Systems Lead, you will oversee a range of HR projects and provide team management when necessary in support of the Systems and Projects teams.
- Proactively direct projects including TUPE transfers, workflow realignments, payroll, pensions and recruitment
- Act as an authority on technical planning, execution and delivery of HRIS projects and advise on costs, timelines and technical management
- Design and delivery training and comprehensive plans for system users
