My client is an international law firm and leading innovator in the legal industry, who are seeking a HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

 

The HR & Recruitment Coordinator will provide first class support to the HR Manager and Recruitment Manager with London recruitment, graduate recruitment and HR processes.

 

The key duties will include:

  • Arranging interviews, prepare interview schedules, collate feedback and keep the recruitment databases up to date.
  • Providing correspondence for all speculative applications and drafting offer letters
  • Providing end-to-end support across the Graduate Recruitment Activities – booking events, managing attendees, printing materials, compliance checking and supporting assessment days.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies on candidates and scheduling interviews, providing candidate feedback where required, conduct candidate's interviews alongside the Line Manager for junior support staff roles.
  • Managing the process for all probation periods and trial periods as and when required.
  • Maintaining accurate records for training/holiday/sickness and ensure their secure storage.
  • Taking an active involvement in team projects and meetings as required.

 

The HR & Recruitment Coordinator will suit an organised HR/Recruitment specialist with experience in a legal or professional services environment. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, an ability to maintain a pleasant working relationship with all levels of personnel and be able to cope under pressure in a calm manner. This role will suit a self-starter with plenty of initiative and resilience, but who equally thrives in a team-based environment.
