Reward Manager job in Nottingham paying up to £50,000

Your new role
As the Reward Manager you will provide specialist advice and technical support on all reward related matters in the organisation. This will include the management of pension schemes, contractual and voluntary benefits, annual salary reviews and bonus arrangements. You will conduct bench-marking analysis and monitor statutory updates related to Reward to ensure the business is fully compliant with any changes as well as monitoring reward expenditure and costs.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have operated in a Reward Management role in the past for a reasonably sizeable business or have significant experience at Reward Analyst level and looking for a step up. You will have strong analytical and project management skills and have a good knowledge of the auto-enrolment legislation and managing 3rd Party Benefit providers.

What you'll get in return
A salary of up to £50,000 plus private healthcare and pension.
