Your new role
Reporting into the Deputy Director of People, you will be joining the organisation on a 18 month FTC to specifically support with a core compliance initiative, alongside contributing to associated project work and coaching managers with any related employee relations cases. As part of the key project, you will work closely with managers and HR colleagues to diagnose and improve compliance issues, implement SMART objectives, maintain effective communication across the organisation and analyse/monitor key data and KPIs.

What you'll need to succeed
As an experienced customer focused HR Advisor or similar, you will be able to support managers with complex employee relations and have demonstrable up to date employment law and compliance knowledge. Additionally, it's important that you have supported organisation wide initiatives and are comfortable using data analysis and databases in order to support projects and inform decisions.
