I have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a regulatory organisation during a busy period of restructure and transformation whilst the HR service undergoes modernisation.
You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the HR service, whilst providing a high quality HR advisory service to the business. As the HR Advisor, you will work to ensure a fair and consistent approach to the organisations polices and procedures by acting as a trusted adviser on all generalist HR operational matters.
You will become the first point of contact in the HR Services team for managers and employees with questions and concerns on transactional, policy and ER process. You will need to use your judgment to provide advice and guidance for how to handle situations informally as a first step.
Key Accountabilities include:
- Provide accurate and consistent advice and guidance to line managers in relation to employee relations issues.
- Assist with any ad hoc project work as directed by the HR Services Manager.
- HR system maintenance, including updating employee’s records for working patterns, additional allowances and dates of sickness absence.
You will be a qualified HR professional with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an advisory role. As a HR professional you will understand business priorities with the ability to adapt to changing demands. It is paramount that you possess a proven attention to detail and high level of accuracy with effective verbal and written communication skills.
