Compensation Advisor, £50,000+

Your new company
Our engineering client is looking to recruit a Compensation Advisor in Epsom for a 12 month FTC to report to the UK and Europe Compensation Business Partner and to provide technical compensation analysis, advice and management.

Your new role
As a Compensation Advisor you will be supporting the implementation of corporate compensation programmes which will include the annual merit review and corporate incentive programmes in line with corporate compensation guidelines and cycles. You will also be managing the annual UK gender pay gap and other mandatory reporting to ensure compliance with legislation reporting requirements.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need to have considerable years of experience within HR with extensive experience on compensation. You must also have experience supporting the annual remuneration review in a large and complex organisation structure.
