Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this leading organisation to recruit an experienced, 'direct hire-focused' In-house Recruiter on a permanent basis.

Based in offices near Abingdon, this position reports to the Recruitment Manager and will support the organisation to help source and attract of the highest calibre employees into their Technical Engineer's / IT division, for sites all around the UK.

Duties will include;

* Managing the end to end hiring process within a relatively high-volume environment (typically 20-30 live jobs at one time).
* Screening CVs, interviewing candidates, conducting assessments & testing, controlling the offer and onboarding processes.
* Sourcing candidates via multiple channels (Web advertising, Social Media, referrals, press and specialist media coverage, networking, events, competitor mapping etc.)
* Using systems and tools to track applicants and build talent pipelines and networks.
* Managing forecasted recruitment demand to ensure sourcing strategies are delivered.
* Acting as a 'Consultant' to your hiring managers and HRBPs, providing insight and data on the internal and external talent.
* Provide MI analysis / reporting on divisional recruitment performance and status updates for hiring managers
* Ensuring the most cost effective and efficient recruitment methods are utilised
* Ensuring a first-class candidate experience.
* Liaising with agencies where necessary
* Any other ad-hoc project work as required

Applicants must have In-house or RPO experience, gained within a similarly demanding environment. It is essential this experience is coupled with knowledge of recruiting for IT engineering and/or other technically based positions.

Strong communication skills are a pre-requisite, as is the ability to work autonomously. You will possess solid stakeholder management experience, good networking skills and a professional and consultative demeanour.
