Are you looking for an HR role where you can influence senior leaders and make an impact at a strategic level in an innovative shared workforce operating across two Councils, with the variety and breadth of experience this arrangement brings?
As a key member of the HR team, you will initially support the Environment and Community Services Directorate to achieve their service priorities but have flexibility to work across all parts of the organisation. An essential requirement of our HR Business Partners is the ability to build rapport and establish professional credibility quickly with senior managers to ensure the delivery of successful outcomes.
This is a challenging but rewarding role which requires a fresh outlook on tackling a broad range of people issues. A flexible approach is essential to oversee complex employee relations cases, change management programmes and provide innovative HR solutions across multiple and diverse services working in both London boroughs within a rapidly changing environment.
We are looking for experienced senior HR professionals, who can work effectively with, and influence, other senior leaders and Directors; bring a successful track record of developing and implementing a range of HR and OD best practice solutions and introduce fresh thinking to the people management agenda.
