Your new company
Working for a fast paced and forward thinking organisation based in Barrow-In- Furness seeking a confident, willing to learn HR Administrator to join the organisation a permanent basis.

Your new role

You will be responsible for supporting the HR Team leader with all general HR administrative tasks including, processing all starters and leavers, sending out contractual data, updating internal HR records, recording of minutes at meetings, monitoring the sickness absence report, updating the statistics and distributing across the team.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need strong administration skills, working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook and a keen interest in HR and developing in the HR sector. You must be confident, have excellent communication skills, understand the importance of confidentiality.
