HR Business Partner
HR Business Partner, Permanent, Middlesex, c£60,000 plus car allowance, bonus and excellent benefits.
Our client is a growing International business who due to an exciting period of change now require a HR Business Partner to join their team.
Reporting into the Head of HR and forming part of the wider HR team you will be responsible for providing advice and support to senior leaders within your client group on the end to end employee lifecycle. An experienced business partner, you will support on all HR initiatives around talent management, succession planning, performance management and engagement whilst driving cultural change and developing organisational capability. You will work closely with key stakeholders to really understand their business challenges and support them with HR initiatives that help them achieve their business objectives and continually improve.
Ideally degree educated or equivalent, you are a results driven, experienced HR Business Partner with previous experience in change management and a reputation for delivering results. You are commercially astute with a proactive and can-do attitude and the ability to build solid relationships with stakeholders at all levels within a complex, fast paced matrix organisation.
