HR Policy Manager
Our client is a large successful organisation with an enviable brand and reputation. Due to an exciting period of change they are now looking for an experienced HR Policy Manager to join their HR team.
This is a brand-new role which reports into the Head of Employee Relations and will be responsible for supporting the business on a range of employee relations and policy improvement initiatives. An experienced candidate you will act as the escalation point for providing expert advice and guidance to line managers on complex or high-risk cases for all types of employee relations. You will work closely with managers across the organisations to coach and influence them ensuring decisions are made in line with legislation whilst reviewing ER trends across the business and making recommendations of improvement where necessary. In addition, you will take the lead on developing HR policies and reviewing terms and conditions.
An experienced HR Manager with a real passion for employee relations, you will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, driving change and improving efficiencies gained from within a large complex and unionised organisation.
