Global Compensation and Benefits Consultant- 3-4 month project role

Your new company
A Global Communications company with Central London offices require a Global Compensation and Benefits Consultant to join them for a 3-4 month period.

Your new role
This position has come about as interim cover for the Head of Global Compensation and Benefits. This is an exciting time to join the company as they are going through a significant period of change, due to an acquisition.
Projects will include supporting the implementation of a career architecture within their finance, HR and IT divisions, implementing job title categories across EMEA, and supporting on implementing pay bands to specific countries.
The company is also undergoing a Workday implementation so data integrity is key to this role.
You will also be supporting on a global benefits project, consolidating to one provider.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be ambitious and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. You will have demonstrable experience of implementing pay structures globally, and also global benefits implementation experience.

What you'll get in return
