HR Advisor, Hull, up to £35,000 plus excellent benefits.
Due to a period of change and growth our client is looking to recruit a HR Advisor.
As HR Advisor you will be responsible for supporting the site with all HR related matters including Employee Relations, advising Managers on the best course of action in line with policies and procedures as well as taking the lead in absence management and long term sickness. Additionally you will support the team with administration tasks and assisting with HR related training; as well recruitment and any projects that may arise. This role will provide great variety and fluidity of tasks for a fantastic company who puts the HR function of their organisation at the forefront of their overall strategy.
You will be an experienced HR Advisor who has operated within a manufacturing or similar environment, where you have supported managers on all people related issues including coaching, mentoring and advising around policies and procedures. You will be a self-starter, happy to work autonomously and be proactive in your approach.
