Fantastic new opportunity for an in-house/agency Recruiter to work in a creative and friendly work environment

My client is keen to appoint an In-house Recruiter to be based at their head office in East London. With great offices, parking available on site and a friendly team, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
The role requires both in-house and agency experience ideally and will involve managing all aspects of recruitment and supporting a multi-site client group.

This role is responsible for the end to end recruitment cycle across the business.
Working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure that we hire and retain the current and future talent needs to support the growth and development of the business. This position combines strategic planning elements with a hands on customer focused approach to recruiting at all levels of the business.

* Developing and implementing cost effective best fit systems, processes and tools which enable effective attraction & selection of high calibre candidates
* Creating annual manpower plans / recruitment forecasts with senior stakeholders
* Developing an attraction strategy to hire the quantity & quality of talent in line with current & future business needs
* Delivering a best in class candidate experience through the complete recruitment and onboarding cycle
* Developing job briefing, feedback & SLA processes with stakeholders and suppliers
* Developing candidate sifting and screening processes to reduce volume and improve the quality of the candidate pool for hiring managers
* Creating a range of consistent, structured & fit for purpose selection tools relevant for all roles / levels across the organisation
* Creating a talent pipeline in line with succession plans & future talent and skills requirements
* Creating and report recruitment metrics monitoring internal & supplier performance
* Using MI and data to provide insight to Hiring Managers on recruitment activity
* Developing the internal recruitment process
* Supporting Company talent and succession planning processes
* Actively manage relationships with preferred suppliers
* Setting up talent pools and an effective communication plan for passive candidates
* Organize interviews, ensuring that all candidates/agencies are fully briefed about the role and location prior to interview stages.


* Experience in recruiting at all levels including search & selection.
* Ability to utilize multiple sourcing mediums to drive candidate generation.
* Experience in candidate and stakeholder management
* Experience of using various attraction and selection methods
* MI/Reporting experience, both manual and ATS driven
* Previous experience managing an end to end recruitment lifecycle
* Excellent direct sourcing capabilities
* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and CV databases
* Recruitment experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team

Experience approaching and engaging with passive candidates
