My client are based in the centre of Cambridge. Your office overviews the city centre with beautiful settings around the workplace. They are now in search for a HR Administrator to come on board to overview the Learning and development / recruitment within their office.
Responsible for all the Learning and Development Administration processes, ensuring their effective management as well as accuracy and timeliness. You be reporting to the HR Officer/Manager and be sitting with the wider L&D / recruitment team. The administration will be a mixture of manual and system processes to include but not limited to the following: - processing joiners and leavers onto relevant systems, maintaining the timetable of courses, distribution of Joining Instructions, sending and collating evaluation forms, booking of venues for training courses, maintaining on-line folders and schedules.
1 year of HR experience
Some learning and development experience
level 3 CIPD completed or part completed.
