Part-Time HR Advisor
Are you and experienced HR Advisor, available at short notice and looking for your next role?
Waddington Brown has an exciting opportunity for a Part-time HR Advisor to work for a highly successful and well profiled business in Ipswich for an initial period of 6 months. Reporting to the HR Director and working in a small team, your role will be to support staff and managers in all areas of operational HR. This will include advice & guidance, HR systems, management reporting & analyses and assisting with payroll and recruitment as required.
As the successful candidate, you will have previous experience gained as a generalist HR Advisor ideally within a commercial, customer focussed organisation. You will have good employment law knowledge, possess well developed communication skills both written and verbal and be a strong team player. Experience of HR systems is also essential and exposure to payroll would be an ideal.
