HR & Recruitment Officer required for a 6 months contract with view to go permanent at an NHS Trust in North London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the recruitment process end-to-end including advertising jobs, arranging interviews, completing recruitment checks
  • Supporting managers with their queries in regards to Recruitment
  • Giving generalist HR advice
  • Maintaining the HR system, ensuring that data is accurate and producing reports

The Successful Candidate:

  • Must be competent using TRAC, ESR and NHS Jobs
  • CIPD qualification desirable but not essential  
  • Must have experience of disciplinary, grievance and change
  • Experience of working in medical staffing would be a bonus
