As the HR Adviser you will become part of an ambitious programme of development and be responsible for providing excellent customer service, through provision of a sound and effective consultancy service to staff. You will provide clear advice and support on all HR management and employee relations issues to management and staff and your generalist expertise will help make a big difference for the communities.
The successful candidate will have relevant operational experience covering all areas of generalist HR and should be a CIPD graduate or currently undertaking/willing to undertake the level 7 programme.
Methodical and highly organised, you will have knowledge of employment legislation, HR good practice, TUPE and redundancy consultation.  You will be experienced at acting as an internal consultant and leading change programmes and will be able to analyse data, identify trends and provide solutions that are right for the business.  A full UK driving licence is essential.
