 HR Advisor required to work on permanent basis in one of South London’s Trusts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • support and advise Managers across the Trust on HR policies and Terms and Conditions of Employment
  • To manage an individual caseload of complex HR work, providing proactive HR advice and support to managers on the implementation of Trust HR policies and procedures relating to e.g. discipline, grievance, recruitment and selection, bullying and harassment, absence management, capability and organisational change
  • To assist in the development of Human Resource Management Policy and Procedure and to develop HR toolkits to support consistency and adherence to workforce policies
  • Act as first point of contact to employees with questions, and concerns on transactional, policy and ER process

Requirements:

•    Previous NHS experience is essential
•    CIPD Qualification is desirable
•    Must have experience of working in direct HR service delivery
