Waddington Brown are delighted to be working with a successful and established Colchester based business that is looking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor.
Reporting to a Manager and working in a busy HR team your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a comprehensive HR advisory service to all managers and employees, ensuring best practice is followed and compliance with employment law.
- Supporting managers to manage their ER caseload, ensuring policies & procedures are adhered to.
- Developing, updating & implementing HR policies, ensuring effective legal compliance and best practice
- HR reporting and analysis
You are likely to be CIPD accredited or equivalent and be an experienced HR generalist with a strong working knowledge of HR practice including employment law and employee relations. You will have substantial experience of providing advice & support and possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to gain respect & confidence of both staff and managers.
