Your new role

You will be responsible for the onboarding/offboarding process including issuing of contracts of employment, managing pre-employment checks, calculating leave and other essential admin which follows the employee life cycle. You will be inputting all employee information onto the HR System as well as managing day to day enquiries with efficiency. You will assist with payroll input and processing, monitor employee absence, probation period and work visa status. You will also provide assistance as required to other members of the HR team.

What you'll need to succeed

A business or HR related degree is required and a qualification in CIPD is desirable. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be highly organised with an ability to prioritize.
