An interim Head of Recruitment is required for a minimum 12 month period to continue the change and transformation within an existing in house resourcing function. You'll work with the Head of Talent Management to shape and define the Talent Acquisition strategy and put in place processes and practices to execute against this. Key responsibilities include:

Creating plans, processes, and procedures in line with Business and Human Resources objectives.
Manages and controls recruiting services expenses in line with budgets and targets.
Partners with Human Resource Business Partners to identify future requirements within the organisation.
Develops, implements and monitors execution of Key Performance Indicators and operational metrics to ensure ongoing continuous improvement.
Manages the front line Resourcing team including objective setting, ongoing coaching and feedback, performance management and compensation and rewards decisions.
Provides leadership and direction on the recruitment, sourcing, selection and placement.
Leads the implementation of Talent Acquisition projects, maintaining financial and progress forecasting in order to ensure projects are delivered according to schedule.
Supervise and quality-assure the drafting of key recruitment policy documents.
Contribute to the development of recruitment processes and lead the implementation of systems and process improvements in own area.
Support key recruitment activity for senior hires, through working with UK Executive personnel and key stakeholders within group.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of managing in house resourcing functions in highly complex, corporate environments. A natural leader you will be able to illustrate your strategic capabilities whilst simultaneously delivering the operational requirements of a large resourcing function. You will be able to manage complexity and competing priorities - internal and external delivery, third party management, tight operational control, managing delivery of service levels, customer focus, driving continuous improvement. Evidence of driving forward change agenda's, strategic focus (balanced alongside the operational), innovative thinking and the ability to lead the team to embrace and adopt new ways of thinking and working is essential.
