Interim L&D Designer & Analyst - London - Financial Services - 6 months - £300-350 per day - immediately start

Leading Financial Services company in Central London

Your new role
Works with the L&D Manager to create re-usable assets for the on- boarding for new sites and new teams, including, but not limited to - manager and colleagues on-boarding guides and processes, induction/thriving materials, building new team learning interventions. Supports sourcing of content, management of the development of content with third parties etc, under guidance of L&D Manager. Works with relevant stakeholders to understand processes and capture data effectively to create process documents as required.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience of design, development and sourcing of learning and development programmes within the Financial Services sector. Experience of managing LMS and developing eLearning solutions. Experience of managing relationships with 3rd party providers. Experience of operating and influencing in a global, matrix environment.
