We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead the end to end delivery of a range of employment services that occur throughout the employment relationship, such as changes affecting employment contracts, pay and time at work.

You will lead a team of administrators and a specialist to provide expert advice and outstanding service. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and an ethos of customer service, monitoring and improving performance in the context of our customer charter and agreed KPIs.

You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and professionally qualified (CIPD level 5 or equivalent) with significant experience of delivering a broad range and high volume of HR services. You will enjoy working in a busy, complex environment, having strong organisational skills and excellent communication (verbal and written) skills. Your people management and interpersonal skills will be excellent, evidenced in your background of leading teams and role modelling customer service.
