They are now embracing a significant change programme with a focus on effective process to deliver excellence & heightened performance. This is a commercial HR role working with commercial teams, and will form a pivotal part of a wider HR team who are passionate & team players. This is a full generalist role & represents an interesting opportunity to join a business embracing change.

What does the role look like?

Reporting to the Head of HR, this interim HRBP role will work closely with stakeholders to "hit the ground running"; getting to the nub of key business issues, promoting best practice ways of working & leading by example. Collaborating with senior management, you will effectively listen, coach & positively influence to create & deliver HR solutions which will optimise performance & gain high levels of colleague engagement.

Adept in operating as a true HR business partner, key elements of the role will focus on your ability to draw on the expertise of your specialist colleagues to operate in a change agent capacity & business coach, challenging the status quo and implementing added value HR initiatives. The role will span employee relations, management development, coaching management, performance management, reward, employee engagement, resourcing & organisation design.

What attributes are they seeking?

CIPD qualified and graduate calibre, you will have expertise across the generalist piece & will have a proven track record of implementing pragmatic HR solutions which have added tangible value. In addition, your highly honed coaching & stakeholder management skills will be vital to build credible relationships across the business in order to influence and facilitate change. A proven track record of operating as a true HR business partner from within a highly commercial, complex environment is essential to succeed in this role.
