Global Reward & Benefits Manager

Up to £65,000 + Excellent Benefits

My client, an iconic brand in the Warwickshire area, is looking for a Global Reward & Benefits Manager to join their team.

You will be joining a large HR Team that has recently undergone a massive transformation project, being part of an exciting journey as they move forward to a successful transition.

In a newly created role, you will act as a focal point for the reward and benefits strategy for the business on global basis. With an extensive Reward and Compensation and Benefits background, you will ideally also have experience on the pension side, defined benefit and defined contribution schemes.

Key Responsibilities will include:

* Analysis of all current benefit plans
* Identification of market data and bench marking
* Process improvement projects
* Preparation of company accounting disclosures for sign off by Global Pensions & Benefits Strategy Manager
* Project management of new benefit structures
* Liaise with UK Pensions to ensure smooth implementation & administration of benefits vs pensions

With a strong Compensation and Benefits background, gained most recently in a senior role, you must have previously worked in a large, matrix style organisation with a centre of excellence. Pensions experience alongside of your reward experience would be advantageous.

With strong project management experience, you must have good communication skills and demonstrable experience working closely with senior stakeholders, up to board level.

Degree educated you will ideally also be CIPD Qualified
