My client, an iconic brand in the Warwickshire area, is looking for a Part time Executive Reward Manager to join their team.

You will be joining a large HR Team that has recently undergone a massive transformation project, being part of an exciting journey as they move forward to a successful transition.

With an extensive Reward and Compensation and Benefits background, you'll be responsible for all executive reward in the business throughout the employment lifecycle; from the proposal of remuneration during the recruitment process through to the end of employment activities.

Key Responsibilities will include:

* Coordination of the annual compensation planning process for senior executives
* Preparation of quarterly and annual statutory reports
* Remuneration Committee preparation
* Reward support to the Executive Recruitment Team
* Benchmarking of Executive Reward
* Monthly CEO and Non-Exec Directors' payroll
* Reviewing and ongoing management of fees payable to Non-Executive Directors
* Calculation of retirement and exit packages for senior executives



With a strong reward background, gained most recently in a senior role, you must have previously worked in a large, matrix style organisation with a centre of excellence. Working in partnership with the business, you must have good communication skills and demonstrable experience working closely with senior stakeholders, up to board level.

Degree educated you will ideally also be CIPD Qualified

This is a part time role, up to 32 hours.
