Contract: Full Time- 35 hours per week; Permanent
Location: London- nearest tube station is Oxford Circus
Salary: Starting at £29,918 per year (inclusive of London Weighting) and rising each year

Representing the interests of midwives across the UK individually and collectively, we strive to promote excellence, innovation and leadership in the care of childbearing women, the new-born and their families, nationally and internationally.
As HR Officer, you will work closely with the RCM’s Head of HR & Resources to provide a broad range of generalist HR support across our UK team to help us Be the Best We Can Be. You will join the RCM team at an exciting time where we are modernising our systems and processes, including developing a People Strategy that will guide us for the future.
We are looking for creativity, enthusiasm and drive for innovative HR practice, alongside the ability to provide the highest quality all round HR service to our Team RCM.
