Learning and Development Coordinator
My client are based in the centre of Cambridge. Your office overviews the city centre with beautiful settings around the workplace. They are now in search for a Learning and Development Coordinator to come on board to overview the Learning and development / recruitment within their office.
Responsible for all the Learning and Development Administration processes, ensuring their effective management as well as accuracy and timeliness. You be reporting to the HR Officer/Manager and be sitting with the wider L&D / recruitment team. The administration will be a mixture of manual and system processes to include but not limited to the following: - processing joiners and leavers onto relevant systems, maintaining the timetable of courses, distribution of Joining Instructions, sending and collating evaluation forms, booking of venues for training courses, maintaining on-line folders and schedules.
* 1 year of HR experience
* Some learning and development experience
* Recruitment experience
* level 3 CIPD completed or part completed.
