Our client is a leading Charity based in Central London


The People and Organisational Development Manager is responsible for the design, development and implementation of key initiatives that will drive behavioural change in support of the organisation's culture, values and new ways of working.

Key accountabilities:

* Identify and scope initiatives and interventions that will influence and drive behavioural change and build a unified culture within the organisation

* Assist with an overhaul performance management and establish an approach based on good conversational practice, coaching and feedback

* Design the implementation approach for the organisation's EVP

* Design and implement a new approach to staying in touch with staff opinions and how the organisation lives up to delivering it's EVP to all staff

* Contribute research analysis and ideas to the development of the HR strategy

* Support the HRBPs with organisation design and change initiatives to enable seamless work transitions

* Lead on organisational development project work to influence and support changes in organisational behaviour and ways of working


We're looking for an experienced People & OD Manager with the following skills and experience:

* Significant experience of leading organisational development and culture change initiatives

* Experience of redesigning and implementing performance management approaches

* Thorough understanding of the issues that impact on organisational culture, values and performance and emerging trends and new practices

* The ability to identify the implications of strategic plans and respond with appropriate OD interventions and solutions

* Strong IT skills and ability to pick up new applications and systems

* An innovative approach to learning and organisational development

* Strong project management skills including analytical skills, problem solving and decision making

* Confident self-starter able to work with a high degree of autonomy

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deliver key messages in a compelling way to all levels

* Strong stakeholder management experience

* A thorough approach and attention to detail

* Driven and passionate with a focus on customer service and building effective relationships

Job Offer

3 Month interim contract, daily rate up to £250 dependant on experience
