Regional HR Advisor | Values Driven Organisation | South West
An opportunity has become available for an experienced HR Advisor to join a highly regarded and truly inspirational organisation in a regional role covering Wales and the South West. Part of a collaborative HR Generalist team, you will support a dispersed employee group so regular travel during the working week including overnight stays will be a key characteristic of the position.
Key deliverables will be the provision of expert ER advice to managers and employees as well as developing and maintaining fantastic stakeholder relationships across remotely located teams as well as with HR colleagues in both regional and Head Office based roles. The ability to combine lone and team working in your style will therefore be a critical requirement.
To be considered, you must have demonstrated experience of handling complex Employee Relations Cases, and ideally have worked within a remote or regional role previously. A full UK driving licence is also essential.
