Your new role Maintain current understanding of legislation and best practice in all areas of policy.
Advise managers and staff on the application and implications of company HR policies and procedures.
Assist with the mid term changes for the company's benefits platform.
Administer HR/Payroll systems to reflect changes in organisation structure, job appointments, cost centre, salary changes and new positions.
Implement changes arising out of job evaluation and promotions and job moves, to ensure people are paid correctly in line with company policies.
Input of training records onto the company's electronic learning management system.
Collate and record professional qualification details for all employees.
Assist with the management of the electronic filing system.
Assist with the logistics of training courses including sourcing training providers.
General administration duties including photocopying, scanning & filing.
Any other duties commensurate with the role.
