Our London based client is a Media firm seeking an experienced Generalist HR Administrator with at least 2 years' experience. You will be working with a corporate client group of 600 individuals. Reporting to the HR Manager and working along side an HR Advisor you will gain exposure to a different range of HR responsibilities. This is a fast paced and demanding role, so you will need to be well organised, have excellent communication and people skills and be adaptable to an evolving environment.

We are seeking candidates with background in media or private market ideally.

We're looking for someone who has the following attributes:

* 1-2 years experience in an HR team
* Graduate with desire to develop in HR career (Preferably HR or aligned degree)
* Professionalism and credibility (faces off to the organisation with 1st level queries), Attention to detail/Accuracy, Can-do attitude, Resilience, Builds relationships


* HRIS updates
* Leaver letters
* Change of terms tracker
* Mat leave letters
* Training coordination and support for any L&D Manager that may join the team
* Monitors, responds and actions the: Holiday Inbox and HR Inbox (Bristol and London)
* BBC Compliance work (monthly)
* Coordinating reminders for: 1-month check ins for new starters, probation reviews, exit interviews
* Adhoc reporting and data requests
* Becoming the 1st point of HR contact for (outward facing to the business):

1 General and benefits questions: CCV; Ride to work; Life Assurance; Season Ticket; Holiday (incl buy & sell); Long service
2 Organising and delivering Induction (coordinate, facilitate, invites, presenters, meet & greet)
