Recruitment & Retention Project Manager
My client, an NHS trust based in Bedfordshire is seeking a Recruitment & Retention Manager Project Lead to join the trust on a 12 month FTC basis.
This role has come up due to an increase in workload, and a need to review the trust’s retention strategy.
I am seeking candidates with a strong recruitment background working within the NHS who can hit the ground running both with leading on recruitment campaigns, as well as looking at their current recruitment and retention strategy, and driving this forward.
