Fantastic opportunity for a HR Project Analyst to join a large well know organisation in Cambridge.

Your new role

- You will play a key role in overseeing the data workstream of a HR technology transformation programme.
- Working with HR process experts to identify and deliver HR technology and process improvements and manage the end to end project delivery lifecycle of HR projects.
- Work with corresponding implementation partner data lead to project manage tasks, timelines, dependencies and resources for data workstream.
- Oversee and undertake data cleansing, migration, conversion and validation tasks to support each phase of the project.
- Coordinate data champions across HR. Regularly report on progress, identifying risks and issues.
- Coordinate and oversee DPA and GDPR workstreams for HR data.
- Working across the employee lifecycle with process experts.
- Use LEAN techniques to identify where opportunities to revise processes to deliver enhanced customer experience, operational efficiencies or improvements to data quality arise.
- Use process mapping tools to document existing processes and workflows identifying where duplication, bottle necks or efficiencies occur.
- Perform time and motion studies and data collection exercise to ascertain accurate picture of current processes.
- Process map and define revised roles and responsibilities as a result of process changes Gather all appropriate data to identify opportunities
- Working with process experts to ensure improvements are implemented with minimal disruption to business as usual or employees.
- Ensure tracking methods are in place to monitor improvements and procedures updated to reflect the new ways of working.
- Where improvements include new technology, provide help to develop the business case for appropriate funding.
- Manage the end to end project within HR ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed of progress. Ensure budgets are tracked and risks and issues are logged and managed.
- If 3rd parties involved in project delivery manage these relationships
- Up to £200 - £300k project costs

What you'll need to succeed

- Experience of LEAN methodology and / or other process improvement methodology including process mapping - Desirable to have SAP HR Knowledge
- Advanced Excel Knowledge
- Advanced Access Knowledge
- Excellent analytical skills and experience of process improvements
- Excellent numeracy skills Experience of delivering HR or similar projects with wide scope across the employee base
- Delivered employee commination's around change initiatives
- Written and performed user acceptance testing
- Self starter with strong planning and organisational skills
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and work in an uncertain environment.
