Working with an national central government body you will be overseeing a change, transformation and implementation programme for the HR Payroll function to ensure all elements of the function continue to deliver a high level of employee support.

Reporting to Executive Director level, this role will support the transformation and ongoing development of the payroll function. You will look at system and process improvements alongside, managing a number of key senior stakeholder relationships, and importantly being a strong, consistent performance focused manager, coach and leader for the team.

You will pride yourself on your ability to drive performance and change improvements whilst being recognised as the go to person for your teams, and individuals you support.

This role will be an interim day rate position and could be undertaken on a PT basis over an extended period.
