HR Business Partner - South West London- c£60,000- Global Leading Technology Business

This company is a global, leading technology business that is renowned in its industry and are experts in their specialist areas. The company has a wealth of history and gone from strength to strength through a mixture of acquisitions and organic growth. This company has experienced a re-structure and consequently recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner.

Your new role
Working as part of the global HR team you will responsible for talent, leadership and organisation effectiveness. Your role is to ensure effective delivery of HR best practice, policies and processes. This will include developing and executing the talent strategy (working with the global talent team) conducting talent reviews, succession planning and performance management. In addition you will develop the strategic workforce plan and forecasting talent needs. You will build key relationships to influence stakeholders, providing executive consultation and coaching. You will also contribute to developing and implementing strategic initiatives including executive change management and provide HR leadership to support business leaders. You will utilise the workforce intelligence to build insights and provide strategic recommendations. You will develop organisation structure to enable business effectiveness, leading on restructures, streamlining and reorganisation as required.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and have previous experience of supporting a Senior Management team. You must have a sound knowledge of employment legislation and proven track record of generalist HR, change management including TUPE, restructure and organisational structure. You will have effective communication and excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence at all levels with assertive, engaging and professional style. You will have experience of coaching managers as well as challenging managers to drive performance improvement.
