Primary job function and Responsibilities:

* General HR administration; references for leavers, tenancy agreements, banks, new joiners
* Updating and maintaining employee contracts; adding content into new templates on Taleo
* Leave of absence letters
* New joiner offer letters in Taleo and online onboarding
* Letters for maternity/paternity leave
* Transferring all new data for the month onto HRTF forms and then into PeopleSoft (HRIS).
* Updating changes in HRIS
* Running headcount reports
* On-boarding process for new joiners

* preparations of offer letters for candidates,
* sending out new joiner communications and preparing for their start date (HRIS entries, getting AMEX/business cards set up)
* Updating induction slides and running inductions for the new joiners
* New joiner's introduction email sent out to the office

* Updating of HR policies/T&Cs with any new legislative changes
* Supporting the team on recruitment and training when needed
* Visa requests

* assisting with the business visitor's visa requests within the London office as well as the preparing and sending other offices invitation letters for the UK
* Tier 1 & 2 extensions, ILR and naturalization applications for existing UK employees
* Obtaining Tier 2 visas for new joiners
* Obtaining ICT visas for existing employees transferring to the London office (Inter-company transfers)

* Performance Management -

* finding suitable dates for review meetings and ensuring the committee can all attend.
* Putting together the schedule for the mentors.
* Answering any systems queries leading up to the review dates.
* Ensuring all the performance forms are completed on time in the CRS system (Mid-year forms, Year-end forms and Engagement Performance Evaluation forms; EPEs)
* Reminders sent out regarding form completion and Upward Feedback completion
* Preparing consultant data for review meetings
* Scheduling and coordinating the meetings which occur two times a year but on separate occasions for BA - Managers, Principals and Specialists
* Preparing and sending the individual mentor feedback emails once the reviews are complete and the ratings have been approved
* Preparing the promotion email following the reviews
* Preparing and sending the salary letters for the all staff
* Uploading of new salary and bonus information into spreadsheets and sending to the HRIS team to upload onto HRIS system- some to be inputted manually
* Nominations Process for Principal and Partner candidates

* Running HRIS reports to prepare quarterly slides for the All Hands office meeting; these include details of new joiners/transfers in/tenure awards/promotions
* Leaver process for exiting employees
