Our client is a high growth, ambitious and commercially astute business that values its people.


This is a really exciting 'greenfield' HR Manager role where you will be responsible for shaping and leading people projects across an ambitious and highly profitable business. You will have full autonomy to be creative in proposing and leading improvement initiatives across the full generalist HR Manager remit to ensure the business attracts, develops and retains great people and drives competitive advantage through its people and culture.

This business critical HR Manager role will require an ability to flex between business needs as the employee life-cycle process develops and matures. You must be adept at influencing a broad range of senior stakeholders and have a proven track record in driving change programmes and business performance through best practice people initiatives.


As the successful HR Manager for this business, you must have excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks as part of a broad people agenda. You will have experience of implementing a people strategy and influencing key stakeholders. You will have an adept understating of managing ER cases, managing TUPE programmes (in and out) and ideally have experience of working within a stand-alone role within a commercial business.
